LENTIL BREAD
- 2 Glasses of uncooked Red Lentil (needs to rest in water over a night)
- 1/2 Cup Olive Oil or Avacoda Oil
- 1 Glasses of Turkish Yogurt
- 4 Free Range Eggs
- 1 Tbsp Pumpkin Seed
- 1 Tbsp Nigella Seeds
- 1/2 Tbsp Salt
- 1/2 Tbsp Sesame Seeds
- 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 Tbsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 Tbsp Baking Soda
- 1/4 Chopped Dill
Start with soaking the lentil overnight. Drain it well. Start Mixing Olive Oil or Avacoda Oil. Yoghurt, lentil, 4 eggs, salt, lemon juice, dill, baking powder and baking soda combine them in the mixer. Make sure it will come smooth and liquid structure.
Get the tray ready.It is recommended to use Non-Stick Baking Paper that lay it on top of the tray. "We recommend using a Glass Over Tray."Transfer everytging in the tray then garnish with and Sesame seeds on the top.
Get the oven to preheat 200° bake for 30-45 min. You can see the top of the bread grown and baked take it out from the oven. Cover it min 15 min with a baking paper. You will be able to keep it up to 4 days in refrigeratior.
